This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 3350 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users accessing the 3350 platform from Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 3350 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 3350 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.
3350 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 3350's services, you'll need to register for a personal account. Each user is permitted one active account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date whenever changes occur. 3350 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport for account verification and withdrawal processing purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 3350 support team immediately. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.

3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules

Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical errors, or use unauthorised means to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate action, including account suspension and forfeiture of balances. 3350 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 3350 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including local online banking, e-wallets such as Boost and GrabPay, and other methods displayed on the platform at the relevant time.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved. 3350 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or payment processors.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an alternative method approved by the platform. Users are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's prevailing policies and may change without notice.
Any winnings obtained through the use of bonuses or free credits are subject to the applicable rollover requirements. These conditions will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion and must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.

3350 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including monetary losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions, or technical errors not caused by the platform's wilful negligence.
All content on the 3350 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 3350 or its relevant licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent.
The 3350 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 3350 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Use of any third-party service is at the user's own risk.
6. Account Suspension Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
3350 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, promotion abuse, money laundering, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.
When an account is closed due to a terms violation, 3350 reserves the right to withhold or void any outstanding balances, bonuses, or winnings pending case review. Users whose accounts have been legitimately closed may contact support to find out about the available appeals process.
3350 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. We will endeavour to notify active users of significant changes via platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 3350 platform shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the relevant law.
